The Teaneck Apartment area is made up of four major apartment complexes with a number of smaller independent apartments surrounding the area. There is no central agent for all the apartments. Some are rented directly from the building owner/manager, some through brokers, and a few apartments are even privately owned and sold through individual owners.

Below you can see a map showing the general vicinity. North is up, Teaneck Road is to the right of the map and Palisades Avenue is to the map's left. Route 4 is approximately one mile south of the area.
